Mindset suggests placing a higher priority on learning and growing than being grown and learned already.
People's mindsets often play a major role in how they deal with adversity. People with a growth mindset will relish setbacks, pick them apart, and figure out how they can improve based on what they've learned. In contrast, people with a fixed mindset see adversity as a sign of failure. It is demoralizing and in no way a growth opportunity.
People can have a growth mindset in one area of their life while still maintaining a fixed mindset in another.
